Is it ironic or entirely predictable that the screw that undoes ivz is the zim govt themselves? A massive risk that is now becoming harder to ignore is the inability to get funding to continue operations, and this is largely due to no PPSA. According to this pac report (and once again in contradiction to SM's words) the govt has not even finished protocols and this is now put the jun2024 bucket, not this end of month stuff Scott keeps stringing us along with. This is becoming the most biggest issue. Ivz can't do shit without funding. I thought getting PPSA was in zims best interest but clearly not, I wonder how tight they actually are with the government there? Are the wheels starting to fall off ?
