paca 2 flow rates

I was in contact with Phil on Thursday and we are looking at an announcement early next week.

I did not quiz him about what was in the announcement because you get the standard response.

The way I see it is I would rather have the whole picture than dribs and drabs of cryptic information that sends us all into a speculating frenzy. I think this is how the company has handled the PACA 2 flow testing.

So we wait until next week.
