pacific brands blames ausralians, page-22

Watched 60 minutes last night after I caught a glimpse of the advert re-Pacific Brands on Channel 9.

The end 10 minute product was gutter journalism at its best again - attempting to pitch redundant Aussie tradesfolk (with an accent whith perhaps more than a unionist glint in their eye)) against the Australian manufacturing sector, xenophobia and executive salaries.

Really low brow and divisive. A long time ago, it was both entertaining and informative, but now, this one has really gone to the dogs.
