If you read the announcements, her salary only jumped because she went from general manager of a division to CEO of the whole company. Are you saying more responsibility isn't worth more money? With all the sh*t she has been through I think it is a fair salary. I wouldn't take it on for that.
You just fell for the media's take on this whole thing. She's not getting paid any more than the previous CEO but the story is 'tripling of salary for PB CEO!!!'
She made some tough decisions to save the rest of the company, thats all.
