Why would top 40 longs mind if the spp is under subscribed?
Less dilution is ok by me.
Main support from registry would have already been factored in regarding underwriting.
It was mentioned at the gm that underwriting funds had already secured the I.P. but fiori were only ever fessed up for half a mil.
ECT kept the amount close to their chest at the gm, and have only eluded to the first million of the underwritten dollars, but, have indicated an excess of that amount, by outlining what the co would do regarding spp over subscription.
Your plain as daylight statement is too simplistic in this case.
