Probably a stupid/naive question but I assume that the other shareholders will be instructing their respective nominees how to vote at the upcoming AGM? On the same note I believe there will be many other holders (i.e not associated with Pacific Channel) in this situation who won't get sent the voting forms as they are not direct holders. Does Pacific Channel request the nominees to ask their holders how they wish their votes to be cast?
