The primary reason for selecting Directors should be the skills or knowledge or contacts they have to facilitate and advance the company's business. An example of that would be Carolyn Sue. Its hard to say what contribution the other proposed directors would have made to the company, and I would be interested to know Bob Elliot's view on the change.
