    Hi All,

    i know that ATQ owns 85% of PCEA which owns 70% of Tanacoal who are the ultimate owners of the Ngaka Coal Project. So ATQ own 59.5% of the project. My question is when did there ownership in PCEA decrease from 100% to 85% and who owns the other 15%???

    I tried checking and couldnt find any details.
