Hi All - in terms of the numbers here had a question on the following points:
> River Capital bought 2,791,375 shares on 25/10
> Regal sold 1,216,504 shares on 25/10
> Regal has been buying earlier in the month, net sell from Change Notice is 803,159 shares
Now for the question, on the 25/10 there is a net gap of 1,574,871 shares not announced as part of a substantial change notice - who sold these?
This is still a 3% holding and should have been limited to those with substantial holdings.
