I would suggest that the deal was already on the table before it was even made known recently. Not surprisingly, a fast transaction showing up. Pacific Road have been in for the journey for a while with the sole aim of being profitable. They have achieved their goals as well as assist AMI transition. Perhaps they have other investment goals now. I don't see any problems either way, and I think the 50 cent baseline now being set is an excellent leverage point for the next leg up.
