    Well Oz, it got me wondering when all the other midkine related patents might expire...

    As for PEB, they might be lucky because in answer to a question, one of the Directors said they did have one competitor in their space with a test for Bladder Cancer - but for some reason they withdrew their test....leaving PEB as the only current player in the market. He also said they have a few years head start on any others who might be trying to create a test. Remember also that PEB has at least 4 tests in their CxBladder suite of products.
