Thanks to poor investor, whoever you are.

Your post has confirmed for me a situation that I was aware of which explains PEB not going down the FDA route to approval.
Having a suite of four tests to bring on board it was obviously faster to go the CLIA way.
Bringing out Detect with its own particular algorithm would have been fine for FDA.
But the minute they change the algorithm for Monitor or Triage under FDA guidelines its right back to the start as far as I know
