Interesting though, knowing that PEB has always been on listed HC, I wonder why PEB shareholder sentiment was good even when the SP was at its lows, went from about $1.50 down to below 10c in 6 years (now back up to $1.45 in the last 12 months) but with CDY it seems to have gone sour? Maybe PEB finally came good on their promises perhaps?
