The share sale was quietly disclosed in the Dec 2013 Half Year report, in the Directors' report. The 2014 Annual Report cash flow statement lists "Proceeds on sale of financial asset" of $1,000,260. So I guess that's close to a buck a share and not a bad return for taking shares for the milestone payment.
