What you have posted there is a record of PEB I take it.
Mirrors the exact timeline of continuous naysaying and denigration carried out in an "unbalanced" fashion by people purporting to be the guiding light of all new investors.
The original spike was assisted to some degree originally by an irrational market taking up on a couple of extremely weak (as it turned out) announcements with little substance other than Insurance obligations.
When the froth spilled over and it started subsiding PEB became subjected to a lot of abuse and ravings (not here) based on it not making any progress in the times expected of them by the shareholders.
It was the underestimated
A: length of time it would take to get clinical validation and acceptance by CMS, and
B: the dissonance associated with shifting entrenched medical gold standards.

However here we are with a much improved outlook.
Some of us are still in the possession of PEB shares luckily because we chose to ignore the noise and clamour and focus on the potential.

I think you might agree with that assessment
