    I thought BOL was due for a turn around fairly soon given improved business conditions in the industrial sector with more projects due for commencement. However, I think the floods may be the catalyst to turn it around as there is now plenty of immediate work available.

    We all know how cyclical this stock is and there is plenty of earnings growth opportunties if management can pull it off.
