To be fair,
Overpaid PW yes. DS Dont know.
Problem is PW will not walk with such a bad track record.
Two options. This co will languish , raising capital to feed organisation or go under. Small chance they will succeed. It will take time and capital.
I prefer the going under and I will invest with the new lot who will buy their technology.
