As an original ECP shareholder (sold them for $6) I bought back into it immediately I saw them getting rid of the mill-stones....EBay, Charles Schwab. That was the signal for me that either a capital return or a buy-out was in the making...it is Kezza's style. I'm disappointed with the 55c tho.....a bit scroogy. I thought a fair return would be the Average between it's listing price, & it's all-time low.....works out at 72c. However, Kezza is not going to offer more.....again, not his style. CHEERS
