Hand back the balance $55million to Ecorp shareholders. A fair offer for minority shareholders is 75-85cents.

The instutitions are claiming this to be a fair deal .Are you suprised !!! Ask them how many PBL shares their respective establishments hold and you will clearly see they have vested interest for the $55 mill to go directly back into PBL's bank accounts
