the company has a board. PBL isnt going to the dogs by a long shot. everyone has known kerry hasnt been well for yonks, so things are in place. some hedge funds will play around in this with little respect for anyone. it will be a wild ride for a while regardless and i wonder if it wont trade until the board make a statement.
