Once you have control of a company can you use it as your personal piggybank? There was a news article which gave the opinion RG was going to use the $160 million from PACT’s recent 50% business sale to pay off the shareholders. This sounds so dodgy to me unless it’s 100% your own company. Can you use a company’s resources for your own personal use if there are still shareholders? Regardless I’m sure RG intends to get PACT thriving again as the moneymaker it is
