    The announcement now creates clarity.

    Tyrell is taking NCI private, PACT is selling out to easy the ACCC's concenrs over competition with respect to its proposed purchase of Viscount.

    I suspect that NCI in private hands is going to have a tough time as I suspect PACT's power will increase in NCI's home turf with its own business and Viscount combined.

    The only thing left out there is why has PPG raised so much cash? Has it anything to do with NCI?
