    Westpac Broking acknowledges that a number of customers experienced problems with the service during this period and we have now rectified the problem.

    Whilst we are not expecting further technical difficulties, we encourage all customers to contact the Trading Room on 13 13 31 if ever they experience difficulties with our service.

    Please accept our apology, as this is not indicative of the level of service that Westpac Broking strives to provide to our valued customers.

    Thats it an apology only.....anyone else going to take it further......demand compensation...?
