    Delisting, sure RG can apply and even win (unlikely without 90%) but has to continue to service existing shareholders as a listed company, this he doesn’t want to do.
    RG wants full ownership! Remaining shareholders know this, without CA WE ARE STILL SHAREHOLDERS IN PACT GROUP.
