Hey William, this James dude is interesting. For someone supposedly not connected to Pact he is happy to spent time reading bidders statement.
One question I have is that we know for CA via the ASX he needs to have at least 90%. However if he delists the company and we are shareholders in a delisted company can he do a CA if he negotiates when enough shareholders?
ie is CA at 90% an asx rule only?
