NO. CA is in the Corporations Act, in the takeovers sections. CA is nothing to do with the ASX. Even if Pact is delisted the takeovers sectionsof the corps act still apply. The 90% threshold, and other T/O law, is still relevant to unlisted cos, but please see my longer post at 1058 today.
