In my opinion, this whole process has all been meticulously planned, ever since the offer all we have seen is threats just to continually scare shareholders to give up their holdings.
The IBC should have unanimously rejected the second offer as undervalued as per the expert’s valuation, an offer somewhere central to the valuation would have given this useless IBC some credibility.
