no wonder they tried to call everyone yesterday, just enough to push through to just 87.86% to launch a substantial holder notice to scare everyone else. I thought it goes like Manipur, at 5% lodged and 6% lodge but like Richard said, by the gain of 1% from last notice which are months ago.
