Icertainly hope that they are right but I would treat this headline as speculationnot fact.

I bought 5k today and 5k the day before. I think we'd have made up on most of the on-market volume. It's possible he got some off-market parcels but I highly doubt he has enough.

Also keep in mind the editor writes the title in the news so it's likely just speculation presented as fact. The media in Australia is a dog's breakfast at the best of times.
