The full year results will be interesting and very important. I won’t be surprised if PGH emphasises the negatives and plays down the positives, given RG’s position as chair and 87% holder and frustrated bidder. Beware of spin. The results will be complex because of the 50% sale of Pact Crates midyear, and PGH’s very large lease liabilities which complicate reporting of total debt, gearing and ebitda ratios. Need to analyse all this very carefully.

I again urge shareholders not to worry about potential delisting: at a minimum that is a year way, even if the ASX agrees to permit it, which is fairly unlikely. Just focus on what the business is doing.

Also as William says the court case is set down for April 2025: it will be very interesting to see if RG lets this trial proceed in the public spotlight or tries to settle beforehand. BE PATIENT

Keep in mind, while we wait the company is delevering and potentially rates might be cut as soon as next year. Lots of positive catalysts for the company that are external to the efficiency measures being taken internally.
