Correct me if I am wrong but my understanding is that the 90% threshold is no longer valid under these circumstances. Secondly the latest registry data shows that he has not been acquiring any more shares at the time (even when the share price was much cheaper). It appears to me the share price has been pushed up by a lot of smaller account holders consistent with a newsletter being published making this a recommendation.
