Let us say from my real life experience, polyester (clothes) isn't the idea when you approach the plastic moulding injection machinery.

You just got to stay around 500m-1km away from it. Why? Next thing you will hear is the cracking and explosion noise inside the strong metal injection moulding tank noise (hope it strong enough) which will scare the crap out of the fancy hearts. Don't cry baby, you are the controller, you can do it.

    Amongst issues, I see that

    1) Polyester doesn't mix well in the injection moulding tank and under 300 celcius degree, you will hear the pop, crack noise inside that injection tank. Can't be help when you heated up that much of temperature you know? You better pray it doesn't explode thanks to the strong metal tank. Or wise you better pray, you are staying away from it or you are not in the control of the machine or you have your income protection or health insurance to cover for it. All I am saying is polyester isn't the thing which normal pick packers, that come to awareness of the material to approach by; let alone the controller of the machine. So, is this Sanjay tried to foul everyone with machinery function or can he assure there is no polyester left inside his plastic resin after recycling, huh? BTW, the injection tank will be screwed up afterward and takes a lot of time to flush it out and repairing cost, no idiot would be dumb enough to try it, if they know there is substantial polyester amount inside the material from Sanjay's research.

    2) The productions coming out from that tank will be very poor. Either you have to sort it out or throw the whole things away for quality purpose. Sometimes, you will see a bit of clothes or string to the resin finalised plastic productions will want to make you toss it away as the pick packer because you want to keep the job. Then, it becomes waste doesn't it? but you get away as a worker thanks to Sanjay's idea. There are different controllers you know and especially the one who holding the company's shares you know?

    3) Let us say the concept is clear and the research passed, is there any profits in it? Put it this way simply, like gold, do you know that there is gold in each of the smart phone because gold is the best conductor. The issue is would you sell your phone for bucks, or throw it away to focus in your money making goals or dig your self into bunch of sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid and breaking every single part of chips to get to the gold? How much gold in each phone, I wonder? Same with this recent announced news, to dig resin in the polyester or to give clothes a new life? Does it worth it to spend that much of time to research and setting up the whole recycling plants and employ people to dig for it? Then, go back to my question 1, does it explode, Sanjay?

    Just my opinion, Sanjay
