Dipped a bit into this. Low PER. High debt but mostly due from 2025 and beyond. Big boss accumulating - perhaps to take this off market soon? Not saying the management is necessarily good, but there are factors indeed that are out of control for them, e.g. resin prices high, supply chain disruption, etc.
