Blocking of scheme of arrangement
A person who owns or has voting control over 25% or more of a company's shares can unilaterally block the approval of a takeover conducted by a scheme of arrangement, because one of the scheme voting thresholds is approval by at least 75% of the votes cast on the scheme resolution.
This company has never been cheaper since listing, in fact if in that time if you compare AMC performance to PGH well it 63% up compared to 67% down not including dividends. Rapha should have just ploughed all his dough into AMC and if he did well need I say more.
Also ORA has increased 141%.
Makes me wonder why I invested in this one????? ahh hindsight is a wonderfull thing.
