A lot of small Co's on the ASX announce MOU's with this or that Chinese SOE... not worth a pinch of cocky's poo... the only time you can trust a Chinese business decision is when they put their money on the table [and even then they constantly try to shift the goal posts in their favour after the ink has dried]
