Rogue trader.. with all due respect.. its my opinion..now, it might seem rediculous to u..but to me its very much possible...
If u think i am out to scare the many u r wrong.. i look at the charts and interpret them as i see them..nothing more nothing less...
500 low..maybe..the NO idea remark..well how do i know when and if ...maybe in the next 10 years...maybe less..maybe not at all...
If the property boom collapses by 50 to 60% and unemployment starts to rise towards 10 to 15% i can assure u 500 is very possible...

Do u think those buying at 3000 would in there right mind ever think a few years later 700's was possible???

How about 400 or 200 in coming years....
