Lookup "Tradeguider" on youtube and you will see them explain this stuff as they take real trades (you'll learn more from the videos than just reading alone). If you want to see them analyse different markets every week you can join the VSA club on their website - I think you get the first month free then you can decide if you want to pay the subscription (but there is a lot of free material) - but they have some very in depth stuff on there (and they don't spend a lot of time promoting their product as they can do some videos on youtube - just pure analysis) and you have access to all the past webinars.
