Warrants seem to give more certainty as to price than options. The issuers put out a price matrix every day so you know what price the warrant will give you as the value of the underlying security fluctuates.
The price matrixes are available on the net usually before the market opens.
Avoid RSB (previously ABN AMRO) and UBS (if they still issue?) issued warrant as in my experience both don't play with a straight bat.
