Yes I agree Zog, I presume you are talking about the removal of PU 240?
I have a feeling that that is still Silex IP? something that does not belong to GLE YET!, if that is the case? they (GLE and the US Government) either want it? or they don't, I'm pretty sure someone like Areva or Urenco would jump at that opportunity?
