    I would be surprised if this hasn’t happened already. Whenever there is free money on offer there is no level to which some people won’t stoop.

    I have a simple idea. We give everyone $10 million compensation for all past and future wrongs done to them. To pay for this new compo scheme I propose a $10 million poll tax.
