Why the delays? This is what affects credibility on an ongoing basis, because they don't detail what is to be done, only what has been done, so it is never quite clear what progress they've made towards an actual goal. I accept they can't have hard target dates, because they are beholden to government departments and processes, but ...

PL115, 116 and 117 and the pipeline lease have been renewed/extended. This is the "existing" Eromanga gas field. As far as I can determine, there are no outstanding Environmental Authorities to be approved. But I expect that there will be work plans and other requirements falling under these approvals that must be submitted/approved/carried out. PL184 is outstanding for renewal in September, but it is not part of the "existing" Eromanga gas field/processing plant, so I can't see why that would be holding things up. Maybe it has something to do with PL1111-1114? They have also been doing work upgrading off-site accommodation etc. Maybe that? Maybe it's total focus on Sengkang/Philippines? Problem is we never know.

Despite all of this, will they succeed? Yes.

Anyway, Sailing Professor, you're right - it's only 3 years (or is it only 2 - who knows)
