Bang on Aesi. To expect an immediate turnaround following the recent appointments (as non-executive directors I would add) is delusional, or highly optimistic at best. I would add though that the two recently appointed directors appear to be aligned with shareholder interests given their either personal investment in the company or that which they represent.
