Thanks for these cap, great to see something is finally being done! In NGCP's most recent Transmission Development Plan released in early March, they state the substation will be completed in June 22. One would be foolish to believe, and I dont think anyone does, it will be ready next month as they are hardly a trustworthy bunch and these projects always tend to run over. However, we should see it in the second half of the year. Also in the TPD, Pagbilao looks to be the first upcoming project to be completed. Hopefully, we hear something from the board soon but I wont be holding my breath...
