Not sure if I am reading between the lines here or off on a tangent, but in the Summary on page 14 ( Share holder update released today) under the heading of Oil and Gas it reads that Kwanza Basin - Grant by 1st Qtr 2008 and Niger Delta - negotiations ongoing with likely decision by 1st Qtr 2008
Is this suggesting the Kwanza Basin is a done deal as it does not say that negotiations ongoing with likely decision by 1st Qtr 2008 as does the Niger Delta.
Would be interested in anyone elses opinion on this. Maybe it is just the way I am reading and interpreting it. It wouldn't be the first time I have been wrong and certainly won't be the last .
