    Expanding on the fact Smyth is going over to Angola next week...

    Would he do so purely on the off chance we might get the concessions...or is it likely to be BECAUSE he has been TOLD we now have it and he just needs to come over to sign off on it?

    Think about that for a minute.

    I suggest the decision has been made and communicated to Smyth, now we just await the formalities.
