    I understand what you mean about agents suggesting a price which is in their best interest. To them if a place sells for $500k or $470k there's not much fifference commission wise, albeit, $30k is a big difference to the vendor, can be stamp duty for the next property.
    Can you really sue an agent for suggesting the wrong price?
