.. you are correct in referenece to the ' Blackout period ' as pre Nasdaqlistings .. they cannot be seen to actively be soliciting new shareholders until it is listed ... we went through a similar thing late last year ...
hence on the update it says " NOT FOR RELEASE OR DISTRIBUTION IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR TO US PERSONS " ... in big and bold ...
... but in reality ... in the day of the internet and worldwide communications .. hardly worth the disclosure ....
.. the investor Presentation is being published to keep up an active newsflo ... it will be picked up by the net trawlers and published through various media / internet outlets ... just watch the google alerts go and you will see why ...
... It's all about Prima PRR being Proactive
