Yeah thats true - but they'd made contingency plans - so they may already be in Canada. From the 8/4/20 announcement
"CEL has deemed it prudent to arrange alternate options for samples from both Hualilan and Colorado V to be submitted to labs which finish assays in Canada.
These arrangements are now complete and CEL will make a decision on these alternative options should social immobilisation and border closures in Peru persist beyond April 13"
