they have suspended CANVAS, and you are hoping for OS data to prove effective.

never say never, but after those results i wouldn't have this at the top of my list of hopefulls.

take a look at pharmaxis (PXS) as an example of what happens when results don't quite go your way. they actually have marketable products, and managed to get another drug approved in EU and Australia, but failed in an FDA application. down from $2 to 13cents!!

Prima have no products, and right now, would require a dramatic turn around. Anyways, thats science for you, sometimes you get unlucky with your trial.

A phase2b trial is never powers suffiently for statistical significance (not enough people enrolled), but the fact that median PFS was in favour of the OSC group doesn't allow for any positive talking points.
