The SAS experience proves that Australian Government is wasting money trying to go into the satellites game in Australia and imo is wasting more money on Australian scientists who are essentially lazy. $billions of dollars wasted on expensive research keeping some of our mediocre science graduates in govt welfare.
SAS has proven viability at low cost and the Australian government should be looking at SAS for the services it appears to be seeking not trying to reinvent the wheel.
